After a couple of seconds of entering any game suddenly the "attempting to reconnect" message appears and the ping reaches 500 which means the game is disconnected not just a lag, i tried several connections and the issue still happening.

You could try the general reinstall method but it doesn't always work. I don't know if it will work since it seems you are having a dc connection issue within game. You could try to contact riot support. Sometimes they tell you it's a problem on your side (happened to me with an issue that I literally couldn't enter game, luckily I fixed it with reinstalling).
