[GAMEPLAY] Quinn permanently stuck as Valor

Played a ranked match as Quinn and while as Valor after using Tag Team, I was consumed by an ally Tahm Kench and once spit out, was stuck as Valor for the rest of the game.

Step by step for reproduction 1:Play Quinn or Tahm Kench 2:Have Tahm consume Quinn while she is Valor 3: Stay in Tahm until skill time depletes forcing him to spit out Valor

and then the rest of the game will progress without Quinn. In this bug, Quinn's passive; Harrier still worked, but Valor can only activate it as his attack range. He does not have any of the buffs Valor should; eg: Movement speed out of combat, attack speed. But all spells work as they do when playing as Valor. The ultimate loses it's tooltip and the cooldown timer freezes at its maximum time.
