Soraka AoE Silence

Played soraka in a ranked game and putting down her AOE silence did not interrupt lucian or anivia ultis. This occured multiple times. Her silence seems to prevent casts but not interrupt the channels. Considering you can pretty much sneeze on anivia with ANY other form of CC and it stops her ulti, soraka should be able to stop it as well.
