[CLIENT] Rectangular Pannels on Home Page in client arent showing.

Hello! I have specyfic issue with client, i cant see the pannels on the Home Page. It was still the same after reinstalling the game. Screenshots below. On screenshot i managed to select inside window, it appears as the content is there but client have problems displaying it. It also applies to Launcher (i dont see images). My OS is Windows 8.1
