League of Legends somewhat freezing on champion preference pick phase, not going into banning select

6/27/2017 Been playing a bit today, two times now has this happened where i get into a lobby just fine then after champion preference pick phase stops and it is supposed to go into the banning phase it just stays at the champion preference screen. I wouldnt call this crashing, or freezing, because i can still type in chat and message friends during this awkward time, but the reason its a bummer is once the chat says everyone has left the lobby, i sit around and it either force boots me out of the lobby, or i have to close the client to leave, and each time i am faced with a leaver penalty and some LP loss. -Only experienced this in ranked solo/duo q (thats all i play) -Haven't tried to see if i get this error in norm 5v5 or customs

• i have went into my firewall with advanced security and added league to the list of things to allow. -I have also tried going into CMD.EXE and typing in the following. ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew ipconfig/Flushdns

I am just now nearing the end of my 20 minute leaver penalty and about to try to q for another ranked game i will leave this post updated with my findings.

6/28/2017 happened again even after trying these "fixes", did a internet speedtest, loading some videos, tried watching a stream on twitch, all of them buffered and preformed fine. Only league of legends during this pre-match making proccess is giving me the trouble of just not doing anything. Tried to get into three different games, the first two times it happened but i didn't get a leaver/buster penalty, the third time this happened i managed to get into the banning select screen but to no prevail everytime i clicked on any champion of my choosing to be banned it said something went wrong selecting that champion. It didn't give me any other error message then it got stuck on that screen, i could still message friends and type in the lobby chat, even though it already said everyone left q.q. Jokes aside nothing i have done like restarting league/the computer has seemed to fix this issue.

I am now at a 23 minute wait timer due to leaving games i am forced to leave. I will continue to try to see if i can fix this issue, or continue until my account gets ultimately banned due to league of legends forcing me out of lobbies over and over again. I will still keep this article updated as i discover more about this bug.

Even after the recent patch on 6/28/2017 I still have this issue, and honestly it's gotten worse, i can't figure out what is wrong. its so laggy loading into league, loading into champ select and still freezes in there, i can talk to my teamates even in champ select but i can select a champ or ban. my internet connection is honestly great, looking at 180mgbs down and 30 upload, i cant find the issue if a riot employee wouldnt mind taking a look at this post to try and help solve this problem it would be great. :0
