[Gameplay] Ahri return Q does not do damage

Since the latest patch, 5.2, on rare occasion Ahri Q does not do damage on the return path. This has occurred both in lane pre-level 6 and after level 6. It seems like it occurs in relation to some other ability being used around the time that the Q passes back through the enemy champion. By playing in a custom game for a bit, I was able to reproduce the glitch once out of ~15 or so times by casting Q through a champion and then casting W as the Q was just about to pass back through the champion. I was unable to reproduce it by attempting to follow the same steps, so I think there is some small timing window within which this works. Also, in a particular competitive game, I remember the glitch seemed to occur as I cast a charge of my ultimate when the Q passed back through the champion, so other abilities besides W also seem to cause this. Hopefully you guys can figure out this glitch because it can be very frustrating!
