Lagging in patch 7.24

I don't know why but ever since patch 7.24 my ms has been jumping around anywhere from 30-200, and even though 30-200 ins't really all that high, I'm lagging as if my ping was 400+. Riot please fix this, I'm actually starting to get somewhat okay at the game, and now I can't play because it's not fun when you're lagging, and it's harder to win.
