Game wont load (client issue)

I have been trying to get league to work for the last 3 days :( when the new client was mandated my game will no longer go past the opening page. i have been on with tec sup for around 3-4 hours and did there testing, to no avail. at this point i am not sure what to do. when i load the game up it will take me to the opening page but will not update and when i press play it will look like its starting (brings up the league of legends symbol). but that is were it stops and will not load no matter how long i wait. i hope someone has found a way to fix this.
