Ranked

So i was playing ranked game for my promos to s4 i was s5 and had 1 win 1/3 i win that game and get 2 wins then it pops up a message QUALIFIED i don't really remember,so then i go check my profile and i was still s5 with no wins all got reset.. I Don't know if it is bug but i report it pls do something.
