Friends / I cant join clubs/ Dont get club invitations

I made a new clan and invited my friends to it, i couldnt invite 1 friend as he told me that he didnt get an invitation, so i revoked the invitation and did it again, both ways, it didnt work, so I deleted that clan and made a new one, and this time none of my friends received an invitation, and same thing happened when they made the club and tried to invite me.
