My friend IGN: BattleMechanics gifted me a Jhin and Ahri, but I didn't receive it for some reason. My IGN: KappaLandBB .. Please respond to this because he just wasted his RP on that one.

You and/or your friend will need to submit a Support Ticket for assistance. If you both do, I suggest referencing the ticket number of the other so player support can look at them both.
