Client New Bug Forcing You To Dodge

So this bug and crash happened to me three times in this month forcing me to dodge. even once was in my promos. i click accept it goes into lobby but the accept windows doesnt go away and i hear champions getting banned but i cant see anything and i cant do anything untill i dodge. im so frustrated right know i dont know what to do u know i had enough
