Game crashed

I was playing a ranked game and i got a kill and all of a sudden this weird and loud noise occurred. At the same time my character stopped moving and the character was like bugging out, constantly shaking, and i couldn't move my character. Also the screen froze at the same damn time lol. In the end I had to force shutdown my computer and log back in. Thankfully I won the game but i wouldn't wish this upon even my worse enemy. Please look into this :)
