Azir turret passive Icon always visible EVERYWHERE *O*

While playing Azir (March 25th), and when his passive was in CoolDown, the icon of his passive was always visible on each turret where Azir can activate it, even if the rift turret wasn't destroyed.

When I clicked on the icon, the bug vanish, but it often come back (In the same game). Unfortunatly, I didn't make any test to know how it happen. ._.
