my account in EUW is not working anymore

the accoun** reign of luck** is not working anymore if i log in it will take me to afk mode and tell me to reconnect, but i actually was never afk and when i press reconnect it will tell me that the client has crashed. riot please fix you servers problems because am tired of this i was playing a game and everything was fine. until i finished the game , it was like skip status, they did not give any LP or count the game so i discount and try to reconnect and this happens.
