anyone else having trouble with jarvan flag and drag not connecting?

multiple times in a previous game, my flag and drag didn't connect. not sure if the slight change to detection they did for bard has anything to do with this, but missing 3-4 flag and drags in a game is kinda serious. anyone else having similar problems?
