Sejuani W wont spin after some weird item purchasing
I am not sure if it is after I sold my jungle item, but around that time the late game I would hit W and would get a empowered auto and she would not spin her fail.

Happened to me as well and I wasn't building a strange build. I just had wrong masteries (was playing with thunderlord)...
