League Of Legends client didn't work. Are u kidding me Riot?

Ok. So today I started my computer. For some reason, there was a short update again, but I didn't really care. As I logged on my account, I started a ranked queue. As normally everything is going well, and we launched the game, but then.... As I was about to load the loading screen, a message popped up on my screen. It said that the client stopped working. As I tried everything it just wouldn't let me in. As I was about to give up I launched League just as the last time. I did exactly the same, and then I worked?? we were 17min in game as it finally worked. of course, we lost. They had a Nasus top. So he could just farm for free. As we lost, I lost 18lp, and I now have a penalty for 5 games. I don't know with u guys? but I think that this is completely unfair. Plz riot can u do something about this? At least care. No matter what I still appreciate your good work. At all i still love your game, but this is a unfair penalty that u should care about. Yes, I think that this somehow was your fault. We all make mistakes. That is 100% okay. Just don't give me the penalty.
