[CLIENT] Champ Select, not able to pick champion leading to me "dodging".

While in champ select, I was the next one to pick my champion (ranked). The counter goes to 0 for the opponent picking and I expect a dodge, nothing happened for a few moments and I hit the chat with a "?", to see if anyone else saw what I saw, a player on my team said "Just pick something", few seconds later I get dodged for not locking in a pick, even though on my client it was still the opponent choosing with 0 seconds remaining.

Luckily I only lost LP from this and a little dodge timer, but annoying non the least, I wouldn't want to lose my promos because of something like this, hopefully this can be looked into and hopefully resolved.

Has only happened to me once.
