cant put glyphs?

its been like this since i made this acc, if you look at the left where all the runes are mark there is an arrow for each of them expect for the glyph, i cant click on it to open it wich makes me unable to put glyphs runes on. if anyone knows how to fix this plz tell me. thank you.
