Loading Screen Bug

I cant enter the game, the lol client stops at loading screen where are the champions/ where u cans ee they tier and champions lvs...i lost 3 games cause of this bug, i deleted lol and instal again, but the problem isnt solved, i lost my Ip 3 times and i had 3 , 5games wainting for 20min, i wasted my time and patient with this problem, i demand my lp back and to be removed my 5 games low priority. As an old playr of this game, i never had a problem with the game, please reaper your client and the loading screen issue, i wont enter the game again untl my 5 games low priority will be removed and my lp will be back...If u continuing like this,by no watching people bug problems how can this game be better? anyway, have a good day.
