[GAMEPLAY] Talon Rake casts automatically on ARURF

Casting the ability in quick succession 2 or more times resulted in the ability being cast one more time than intended, without needing the input for it.

This happened on arurf, and I noticed it after spamming the ability on lane. It felt off whenever I tried to start moving (Talon stops on cast), then confirmed that the ability was activating one more time than intended, even when not spamming, just quickly casting again. My casting method was SHIFT + W, and I cannot reproduce the bug outside of that arurf game. (not even in practice tool, but I'm yet to get Talon in arurf again)
