Not a bug. The egregious thing here is your obvious intentional feeding. Took a look at (what I assume) is your smurf's op.gg, or whataver acccount you are using in the clip. 0/25/0? You should be banned. Bold of you to publicly post and promote twitch clips from a game you're griefing.
The lead minion on the fresh wave was healed, that minion supported the kill on you. Nothing strange there, hilarious, but nothing wrong or buggy.
Not a big, redemption does 10% of your maximum hp as magic damage. Rakan damaged you so he got the kill.
