[Gameplay] Guardian Angel not reviving Mega Gnar but still going on cool down.

Bug report involves: + Problem: Item going on cool down without reviving champion at all.

Today in a normal 5v5 game I died in Mega Gnar form, and the item did not function. Guardian Angel went through the animation that it normally does when reviving, and immediately went on cool down however Gnar did not get revived when the animation ended. I assume what caused this bug was I was Mega Gnar at the time, and Guardian Angel's animation was catching me just as Mega Gnar's bar was running out so that bar running out somehow disrupted Guardian Angels effect but the GA went on cool down without reviving Gnar at all.

I've only had this happen to me one time so far. I'll try to test it with a friend later though, and report my findings here.
