[GAMEPLAY] Aphelios can't auto for a short duration after switching weapons in some cases

I haven't been able to find the repro just yet, and it seems to happen most in my personal experience with Calibrum, but in some cases when you switch weapons either manually or when you run out of ammo it causes Aphelios to stall. You can click on targets and he'll refuse to shoot, though he'll stand in place / stop moving as if aware he's targeting something.

I have a video but it's very difficult to tell it's happening unless you're actively the one playing him! I'll add a better clip if I can find one in my archives.
