Lost RP

Please help: I recently purchased 5000 Riot Points, so I had 5000 plus the leftover I had from my last purchase. I ended up spending approximately 2000 now my remaining RP is gone. I was left with 92 Riot Points left, when really I should have at least 1000. Thank you in advance.
