I get around 400 CS on a PBE round, says I got 180.

So I'm playing Syndra on PBE (I lose the match) but I get 14/6/5 and around 400 something CS. When the game is over, I get an A. ALSO, IT SAYS I HAVE 180 CS. WHAT?!??!?! How does 445 CS GO TO 180??? I thought about maybe I got an A because I lost. But it is possible to get an S or higher, or at least an A+ for doing good. I'm being modest here, but 14/6/5 is not bad. Obviously, that '180' CS instead of the 440 (around that) CS that I got affected my rating. PBE has so many problems, and I understand that (why I'm posting), and they need to be fixed.
