Master yi's alpha strike is bugged as where some snares such and morgana and lux q will still snare him, and lock on abilities such as lee sin ult and caitlyn ult will still damage him during alpha. Its not a huge problem for me bc i rarley play master yi but it is still pretty annoying when i do pick him up to play
u dont get cc'd by those during alpha, it actually has a small cast time, you can get hit before you go intargetable so u retain your cc when you come back from alpha.
the thing is, any cc you take wont cancel ur spell, thats why your alpha still takes place. only thing that can stop ur alpha strike from completing is if you lose vision of your target
the benefit of this is it allows you to dodge stuns like blitz's E or trundle's Q etc etc.
