[Client] Layering issue in new champion select...

I don't know how many people have noticed this(or even have this issue), but on my client there is either a layering issue or a centering issue between the ban icons next to player names and the Summoner Spells pop-up menu.

You can get this bug by going into a new champion select lobby and opening the Summoner Spells menu while bans are still happening.
