Series

So i got into a series to bronze 1 from bronze 2. but since this wasn't my first time series from bronze 2 to bronze 1, i had a free win. I played another game as jax after getting into series and i lost. then i should have 1 win and 1 loss and i should be left with one more chance. but as soon as i lose, riot says i failed series.

how am i supposed to inform this to riot??
