Ping Spike/Game freeze

Anyone else here having that ping spike and your screen freezes for a good 3 seconds and then it unfreezes and your ping is around 400-500 (for me) and then it'll slowly drop down back to 50ms (for me). It happens every 30-60 seconds. I've called my IPS, ran speed tests and it all came out normal. This started happening about 3 days ago. I've always been on wireless internet. Nothing new downloaded onto my computer except windows update. Ran virus scans, all clean. No problem with modem and router. Located on the East Coast.

I had it a week or so ago not ping change though. Just everything would stay in place doing its last command (movement, attacking) but no hp would drop and no abilities cast then after a second or two it would jump back in place as if nothing had happened ping and fps would stay constant throughout it it has not happened to me again recently

This is also happening to me, it started yesterday though it seems to only last during laning phase, after that the game is just fine, like the ping spikes never happened. I have tried to recreate it in training mode and even custom mode with a team of bots, but it is completely fine then.
