Immortal Neeko, well kind of

I've only experienced this bug myself once but a friend of mine has claimed to know about it already, and it is rather game breaking. will be displayed with having 200 hp, even if she has full hp, making it impossible to tell how much damage you need to use to kill her, making team fights and focusing impossible. I'm not sure what causes it, im hoping that people that have a talent with exposing bugs and making bugs trigger will be able to reproduce it in order to fix the issue, because once the bug is triggered it will last the entire game. this bug isnt fun or funny for anyone. A few other notes that might help finding the bug is that every member of my team say her the same as me so it wasn't just my screen, i am not sure about the enemy team, i had all chat disabled during that game so im not sure if they commented on the bug or not. and when she goes lower then 200 hp her health bar will begin to decrease visibly, but then on respawn shes back at 200hp even though she is full health.
