I got crashed or logged off when i got promotion for climb...

I was S4 and get in promo to S3 i got one free win so 50 / 50 chance. My game chrashed and i got one lose( for nothing). Second time: I got promo to S4 and i was again crashed... AGAIN LOSE... I cant climb like that plus i got demoted because of that crash.. RIOT pls do something or get me back to my S4 placement i cant climb...[zombie-brand-clap]
