can't reconnect to game stuck a 10%

So in a month i had this problem like 4 or 5 time i have no internet issue but the game is laggy and if i try to disconnect and reconnect the launcher is stuck at 10% saying to check my internet i tried everything to reboot my computer and box i even change my connection to my 4g but i still couln't load the game if someone know how to fix this bug i will be very gratefull thank you.
