ARAM bug

Hi guys. I have an issue with the client the last couple of months. Whenever i search an aram game, almost every time i press accept, the whole client freezes the moment before i enter the champ select. Moreover, it seems that im still in the champ select, cause if i reconnect after a few seconds, either i go imediately in loading screen or i get banned (because i close the client during the champ select). Any ideas of how to fix that or whats the cause. Please help and sry for my bad english
