BUG REPORTsoraka mikeal's curcible don't work or work too good

Saturday 06-02-2016 I had a game with soraka where i couldn't use my mikeal's on myself when I was binded by a morgana. At the end of the game we won and I pressed on my mikeal's and it works on me. I dont know if it is a bug or if it is normal that i can/cannot use mikeal's on myself but correct me if I am wrong.
