[CLIENT} "accept/decline" doesn't appear

I've googled my problem and tried most of the things that people seem to be doing to fix this issue.

I repaired and uninstalled, no luck. Updated adobe air, disabled firewall, disabled windows defender, disabled IP Helper, uninstalled hamachi, got rid of Peerblocker, and killed the league process in my task manager.....and still can't get into games after 1 or 2 matches.

What happens is I play with my friends, so we queue, and everyone will say that the queue popped, but I'm just sitting at the league screen with nothing coming up. I usually restart my game and it'll fix, but now it's gotten worse and even after restarting about 5 times and retrying every time I can't get into any game.

I really love playing this game and was looking forward to the new season, but with this bug, I can't play at all....please help me!
