BUG!! UNFAIR!!!

When I am in champ select,

next thing I know I get something called "Failed to create dump file" and it makes me log in again and by that time my turn to pick is over.

Then I get a quene dodge timer

Right now I have a 30 min. quene dodge time

Pls.. Riot Games fix this or I will keep getting a quene dodge timer
