Unable to transfer account from eune to euw

Copypasting this here: I have exactly the same problem as you described. Trying to move from EUNE to EUW. Rp doesnt go away at first attempt, second attempt rp is gone ( "restart client window to complete transfer" winodw is infront of screen )but after relogging everything is back normal, like nothing happened. Also unable to login to EUW, maybe its because theres already registered someone with your name on it? I also was on EUW few years ago and transfered to EUNE, everything was fine then. Any help would be appreciated.
