Reconnect Button Not Working

About once a day my league will disconnect randomly from a game and make me unable to reconnect. This issue only happens when I'm at my apartment for college. I have opened a ticket and they gave me pretty much nothing to work with for an answer. And my ISP said that it was on riots side. Anyone else having this issue/know a solution
