Missing chapion

Take screenshots of any sort of evidence or proof of purchase, then explain the situation and ask Riot support in a ticket.

How to attatch file here? I don't see option... I have the champ in Collection, but can't choose it when matchmaking ?!?

Edit: When i try to search Xin Zhao in champion select, then appears, but if I scroll down the champion icon is missing...
