League's damn client and how it affects people

The stupid client forced me to dodge 2 RANKED GAMES!!! Lost LP because a big company like Riot is telling me that they can't even fix the client. The problem was when I was supposedly in the "Declare your Champion" section, my screen would still be loading similar to the loading screen when trying to see someone's match history. Terrible, terrible. FIX THE CLIENT.
