[GAMEPLAY] Fiora/Anivia - Fiora ult activates upon activating Eggnivia.

If Fiora ults and kills Anivia while her egg is up and she turns into Eggnivia, Fiora's ult will activate giving her the heal. I don't know if its an intended interaction but I got it to work both times I did it on Howling Abyss and Twisted Treeline with default skins.

I've also heard the same can happen with Aatrox and Zac.
