First of all you didn't help me at all and second of all you are here to make your job and to help me, not to tell me in what division I am and what I don't know about the game, because this is a game and I come here to play it for fun not to go till that point that I should read what remake it's about, and this thing never happend to me before that's why I posted. You was sarcastic which it doesn't help me at all and just pisses me off much more cuz when u get droped from d3 50 lp to d5 and gets on Quee with toxic guys, u are not patient at all anymore.

Just because they're d5, doesn't mean they'll automatically know all the little nuances of every aspect of the game.

i thought that players get to that high of a level by indeed knowing the details of the game. not all ofc, or else they would end up in top 100 or so

how remake works isn't really part of the game knowledge you need to get to high elo.

ironically that rule does start from d5 when i started out i didnt even know about the loss in a promo for a simple dodge, so i asked wtf and then went to the article to know wtf bs other rules are out there

and i disagree, every aspect of a ranked game is important if you want to get to the top. if i remember correctly, the remakes were exploitable for a while in the sense that if any team forced a first blood when sensing a remake, it would cancel the chance to remake and play a 5v4. Now only the 5 player teams' first blood counts, so people don't invade and force that first blood, just in case the enemy has an afk. speaking from exp from other games and sports, cus i suck at this one, knowing as much as possible about a game is crucial to surpass the ignorant rest. thats why i actually thought (wasn't being sarcastic or trolling) that being knowledgeable gets you far, let's say in comparison to only having manual skill, or only knowing the main rules. like i said, there isnt really a line to be drawn, unless u do a small action with no outcome other than to have fun, every small action counts. even doing ur laugh emote when the enemy misses a shot can be a teeny working strat to tilt your opposing lane.

every little bit of knowledge helps, but it's not knowledge you absolutely need to climb. Especially if he was diamond in previous seasons before the changes, he's not necessarily going to know everything. watching challenger streamers, even they're not up to date on all the little nuances usually.

"PENALTIES

If you're the inactive player in a match, you'll receive the following penalties:

A loss on your record; if you were in a promo series, you'll lose one game towards it. LP loss, just as though you'd lost the match. Your account will be flagged by LeaverBuster, the same way as if you'd disconnected from a normal match. For Diamond V and above, if someone in your premade is the cause of a /remake, you'll take the same penalties they do. We may adjust this restriction in the future. "

Sadly it doesnt say ANYTHING about your mmr....

But guessing by op pic, you lose mmr too.

Testing it atm and a throwaway acc, 4 afk-remake at 0 lp still not demoted

when you queue with a leaver at high elo you lose Lp too. its in the description
