Xerath Q hack/bug

The abuse of this "bug" or "Hack" made the 5 of us lose a ranked flex game. Regardless of what this is doing to games it NEEDS to be fixed before anything else happens, and anyone that happens to use this bug/hack should be banned, either permanently or temporarily

Edit: I realize that my link doesnt work. But please, look up on youtube or even a few other posts on here that have videos about it, PLEASE FIX
