So i recently just got myself the Urf Warwick skin, it shows that its active in my hero tab but as soon as i enter a game it says i can not buy this skin at this moment? Whats going on here? X)
Have your tried logging out and logging back in? It might be a server issue as i would assume a lot of people are trying to get it so the system might be a bit wonky. usually this is solved by logging out and logging back in. So try that. If that doesnt work then the only other options is to either wait awhile, or contact Support.
This has me a little worried as I plan on getting this skins as well once i get home. Just to be clear though, did you play one game/match today after the patch went live? It seems at least from what i am reading. Loads of people arent getting their things because they are just logging in when you are suppose to be playing matches. Maybe play a match or two? If not then Support is the only other option!

i got the same problem for some reason i checked my purchase history and it even says i bought it but it wont let me use it while im in any game mode
