[Gameplay] Graves Q mana cost:

So I found this bug that the displaying mana cost of the new Q of graves says something like 60 but it costs like 90 mana. I found this very inefficient to see how much mana it eventually costs.

I believe this is intended, at least for the time being.

Graves was hotfixed this patch to have less damage on Q, a higher mana cost on Q, and lower base movement speed. However, the tooltips I believe were not updated.

Next patch should see the tooltip get updated to reflect this change.
