Client issues?

I keep having an issue that's coming from the client, not my side and now it's caused my account to get punishment. I start a game as normal, it loads up to 100%, but then the screen stays on the loading screen and I can hear the audio of the game playing, but it never loads visually. I've had this issue about four times now and this time I got punished for it and it's not even my fault. Wtf am I supposed to do about a problem that's coming from your client? Can someone fix this bug or tell me how to fix it? I've never had it until an update about a week or two ago and suddenly it keeps happening now and then. But I shouldn't be getting punished for an issue that isn't my fault.
