GAMEPLAY Thresh E Hook

I Play thresh a lot during the game play i have noted that his E hook will go right through the Champ that he is meant to be hooking unless the champ is really close when your on the outer edge of his hook its not grabbing them also if they are near a Turret or Rock it will do the same thing only if they are clearly out in the open will it grab them i think this needs to be looked at
