CDR Master glitch
I had 5 points in my cdr reduction mastery but it didn't work at all in game

That mastery isn't cool down reduction bro, it adds 2.0% to ability and spell damage...
You don't have the CDR mastery. The CDR mastery is in the cunning tree, and it also increases your CDR cap. The mastery you had increases spell and ability damage.
